Every hour of custom development is an hour someone maintains forever. So we work down this order, and we tell you which tier a requirement landed in and why.

Standard Odoo first
If a native feature does the job, we configure it. Most requirements that arrive as "we need custom development" turn out to be a setting, a pricelist rule, or a different way of running the process.

Then community modules
The OCA maintains thousands of production-grade modules. Where one fits, you get proven code, an upgrade path, and no invoice from us for writing it.

Custom only when it earns its place
What's genuinely specific to your business does get built — as a versioned module, in your repository, documented, and designed to survive the next upgrade.
The same discipline applies to infrastructure: everything is defined as code, deployed through CI, and reproducible. No undocumented changes on a production server.

Orders arrive from Shopify and WooCommerce storefronts and flow through a custom API layer into a single multi-company Odoo, where fulfilment runs for every entity. Around 4,000 orders a day across the group — and several times that when Black Friday lands on all four regions at once.

A supermarket that has run on it for two years
Full retail solution for Bat Dat Asiamarkt, a 200 m² Asian grocery on Kaiser-Joseph-Straße: goods receipt and warehouse management, lot tracking with expiry dates on perishables, and the point of sale the team uses every trading day. The restaurant on site runs on the same system.

Three companies onto one Odoo
A Swiss test-and-measurement group representing more than 50 manufacturers. Datacom (network monitoring and IT security) runs website, mass mailing and events. Industrial (EMC, RF, thermography) adds a product showcase that routes every enquiry to the consultant who owns that product. Mesomatic (fibre optics) is building a showcase and webshop connected to an external ERP through a custom API.

Offline field app for technicians
A React Native app that holds the whole job without a connection and syncs back to Odoo when signal returns. Built for people working in plant rooms and on rooftops.
